description	This car was built in 1902 and aquired by SMET in 1906 from Croydon Corporation Tramways. The car behind is LCC D Type No 371. At this time the tramline of the LCC and SMET were not connected. Through running by the LCC did not happen until 1926 when the rails were aligned and connected and a conduit change pit was provided to allow through running of LCC cars to Mitcham.
