This vehicle was built in 1930 and scrapped in November 1951.
The car in front is E1 580.
It is not recorded whether this is an incident but as the two cars are so close together with an LT employee in attendance it could be that 580 is stuck on a dead section of conduit and 1895 is pushing it to the live.
